API and Platform Usage

The Syntra platform, including all software, content, trademarks, and intellectual property, is owned by Syntra and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you submit to our services ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to use Your Content solely to provide and improve our services.

Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by Syntra without any obligation to you.

Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content complies with applicable privacy laws and that you have obtained all necessary consents.

Service Level and Support

Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

Support

Support services are provided according to your selected plan. Enterprise customers may be entitled to enhanced support under separate agreements.

Warranties and Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTRA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Syntra from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use our services.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or for any other reason with notice.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete Your Content after a reasonable period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
