Email

Transactional email, HTML templates, and campaign delivery via Engage.

Configure SMTP or provider credentials per tenant, build drag-and-drop templates in the console, and send transactional or campaign email through Engage and Route.

Configuration

  • GET/PUT /v1/engage/email/config: provider and sender settings
  • Console → Channels → Email for template builder and test sends

Templates & campaigns

  • CRUD /v1/engage/email/templates: HTML templates with variables
  • POST /v1/engage/campaigns with channel email and templateId
  • Route also accepts channel: email for one-off transactional sends
